Get a website at <a href="http://1and1.com">1and1</a> or <a href="http://dreamhost.com">Dreamhost</a> ($10 or $20/mo will get you plenty of space and bandwidth)<br />2. <a href="http://www.freevlog.org/index.php/2007/03/19/6-get-a-blog/">Setup a Blogger blog</a> - use the advanced setup to put the blog files on your webserver.<br />3. <a href="http://www.freevlog.org/index.php/2007/03/19/8-get-an-rss-feed/">Get an RSS feed with Feedburner</a>.<br />4. Consider compressing videos using the AppleTV setting (it's H.264/mp4) to greatly reduce the file size. It's a good idea to change the file extension from .m4v to .mp4. You can later make a DVD or mpeg2 file from these AppleTV files and it will still look great.<br />4. Use an ftp program like <a href="http://cyberduck.ch/">Cyberduck</a> or <a href="http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/">Filezilla</a> to put your video files on your webserver.<br />5. Make a new blog post with a link to a video file. Remember to do one post for each file.<br />6. To share a file with everyone in the group, just drag it to the file pane.
